 Directions

The Longhorn Saloon & Grill has been an iconic place to après and party since it opened in 1981. Based at the bottom of Whistler Mountain it’s at the heart of the action. The scene here got even bigger this year with the addition of a new patio, the ideal spot for a plate of legendary nachos and a cold glass of beer. At the Longhorn it’s an occasion every day with people celebrating anything and everything with us. Beer lives here – raise a glass with us!

Event details

Sugarfoot Ramblers will perform a repertoire of jazz tunes every weekend for the month of June, only at Longhorn Saloon!
The Sugarfoot Ramblers are a group of young musicians from Melbourne who have studied and played contemporary jazz styles, but also share a love of traditional jazz.
After spending time in New Orleans, Travis Woods and Daniel Berry decided to form this band to explore the classic traditional jazz. The Sugarfoot Ramblers are Travis Woods (trumpet), James Macaulay (trombone), Jon Hunt (clarinet), Matt Hayes (banjo), Jono Brown (bass) and Daniel Berry (drums).
The group has performed around town quite regularly over the past couple years including appearances at the Wangaratta Jazz Festival, Stonnington Jazz Festival, Bellingen Jazz Festival, Bennetts Lane Jazz Club, The Paris Cat and Uptown Jazz Cafe.
