Peter Foley, frustrated at the lack of quality music venues south of the river, started staging gigs at his Oakleigh home 4 years ago. Famous Australian musicians like David Bridie, Stephen Cummings, Rebecca Barnard,Lisa Miller and Dave Graney perfomed on the small stage in Peter’s lounge room. In mid 2007 Steve Carr from the Oakleigh Bowling Club approached Peter and asked him if he would be interested in presenting some larger scale gigs at the club. The monster was born. The gig was instantly popular

Aine Tyrrell, Gallie & Roesy. The concept is 3 Irish singer-songwriters in the round on stage as simple as it is endearing. An ‘in the round’ style like an old style music show sharing music and stories, harmonies and talents, each artist playing their own songs and each others and giving the audience the unique opportunity to see an intimate display of talents and experiences between musical peers on stage.
