Arguably one of Sydney’s most in demand keyboard players, New Zealand-born Gerard Masters is not only an accomplished jazz player but also a sought after session musician collaborating with country and contemporary artists including Missy Higgins, Wes Carr and the Potbelleez.
Their sound ranges from high energy post-bop, to intricate ballads and free improvisation, expertly moving across musical styles. Having released three highly acclaimed jazz albums under the GMTrio in Jazzgroove records, Gerard leads this recently renamed, always outstanding outfit. MUM’s the word.
