The Night Cat is a multi-function live music venue located on Johnston St in the trendy suburb of Fitzroy, Melbourne. With a stylish yet relaxed vibe, The Night Cat is open seven nights a week and plays host to a range of leading DJ’s and live bands from various genres of music. The venue has two main areas – a bar where you can enjoy a drink and watch performances, and a dance floor area to really get the night going. Food is also served most nights, providing something to eat as you set yourself up for a night of partying. The Vibraphonic Orkestra have a signature sound that is built on a foundation of deep funky bass, heavy drums and driving rhythms, with rich arrangements driven by almighty horn lines. Seamlessly blending all these elements to consistently deliver high energy performances that leave punters calling for more. Saturday 19th they are back at The Night Cat to grace us in the round for a night of big funky dance music and energetic rhythms! Entry from 11pm.
