Event details

From the southern fringe of Melbourne, Sleep D are quickly establishing themselves as the axis of the Australian electronic subterranean. The duo sends dancers around the bend with their DJ sets and compelling live performances that have transposed riverside amphitheatres, Boiler Room, Inner Varnika, Golden Plains Festival and let's not forget their performance in June 2017 at Panorama bar (The Berghain) in Berlin. Founding the coveted Butter Sessions imprint, the best bits of these cerebral showcases have been soldered down into multiple EPs, as well as an ambient album on Analogue Attic. They are also in line for an imminent 12" release on BSR. soundcloud.com/sleepd soundcloud.com/analogueattic YUNALDO's concrete roots can be traced back to early days of his regular shows at Ferdyduke. Had he been any younger, he would undoubtedly have sucked deep aquatic music like mother’s milk from a vinyl record disk. Being part of the Aqueous Transmissions family, he decided to get out of his shell and swim in the deep abyss together with a back to back journey alongside HAZIM. An explorer of depth, HAZIM has graced dancefloors with warm grooves and hypnotic rhythms with notable sets at Tre Terre and Pleasure Planet and on warm up duties for Genius of Time and Fred P. And finally for all the emphasis on good times and euphoria in clubland there’s always been a deeper side to electronic music, a side that one of Melbourne’s most exciting new talents DARCY JUSTICE has readily embraced. Today Darcy Justice can include parties and festivals(Hopkins Creek) from all over Victoria on her CV. Still, her heart remains tied to both the underground Techno scene and Melbourne where she can be found championing new talent at LUCID and around spin club. AT.
