THE EURO THEATRE (LIVE) The Euro Theatre is a Synthwave artist based in Melbourne, Australia. The man behind this electro madness George Zois (aka King George in another rock dimension) debuted the project in 2016 spawning his most popular singles ‘Tribute', ‘Promises’ (featured on We Rule Nation Channel), ‘Retro' which was featured on New Retro Waves' April 2017 Miami Cruising Mixtape and Snake (featured on New Retro Waves' Facebook page). George also launched his live show format for The Euro Theatres' 2016 'Believe’ Australian tour featuring his original tunes in sync with amazing 80’s and 90’s nostalgic visuals. Famed for his vast vinyl collection of ’80s synthpop and disco obscurities, the Melbourne-based DJ has made crowds clamour on the dancefloors across Rotterdam, London, Vienna and beach parties in Italy. Hysteric is also the man behind the Italo-disco label, Mothball Record. It’s themed CD mixes such as “Italo Estate” and the “Lost Treasures of Italo-disco” series, along with the infamous “Hot Girls of Italo-disco” and “Mothball Dance Classics” vinyl EPs (joining with Dutch label Bordello A Parigi) have now become highly sought-after rarities, having acquainted synth lovers with slamming Italo-disco gems that have remained unplayed since the early 1980s. https://soundcloud.com/hysteric https://soundcloud.com/mothball-record STRAY In ages past, Stray has fought to be at the forefront of funk, combining old-school electro and hip-hop into new-school breaks and beyond. Now, he turns his gaze back to the classic sounds of the legit and actual 1980s with a sprinking of newer synth styles to make your body rock. With over 10 years of experience in spinning, he is a master of mixology not to be missed! ZEROTONINE Zerotonine is the host, resident DJ and runs Australia's first and only monthly club night dedicated to synthwave, outrun, electro, italo-disco, and more from the retro future: Laser Highway in Melbourne. As a labour of love, he is dedicated to providing a unique experience for music makers and fans alike. He is also the co-host of www.kissfm.com.au's (FM band 87.6 in Melbourne) Retro Electro Show from 2pm Wednesdays AEDST. A veteran DJ for over a decade playing too many genres internationally and at home in Australia, he is in love with arpeggiated basslines, warm synths, and driving drums; his style is inspired by 80's movies, the Lamborghini Countach, boss fights, neon vectors, keytars, androids, reverb guitars, cosmic phenomena, bleeps and bloops.
