It's about giving a leg up to those who are inherently disadvantaged in the music industry and banding together to create greater opportunities for non-males in music. FRONTWOMXN is about making people hear us, rather than sitting around waiting for changes to occur. It is part of a wide range of programs in the arts created by and for non-males, hoping to change art industries for the better.
