House of Friends are rolling through summer and making their debut at Glamorama. Bringing forth a disco ball mosaic of colourful and carefully selected tracks to twinkle like the stars in the night sky. We are over the moon to have the musical minds of Merve and Colette, going back to back, track for track, end to end and friend to friend. Both are local selectors and making waves on the scene. Colette finds tasty grooves and serves them up amongst dancefloors all across Melbourne, all the while hosting the well-respected ‘The Vinyl Frontier’ Thursday nights at Belleville. Lighting up the other end is Merve, who is soon to be Sup’ed at Golden Plains in the coveted late night slot, where local legends are forged in the dancefloor inferno. We are very excited to see where this delightful musical pairing will take us into the night! The next dance floor orchestrator we have is Adriana. The brain behind Opolakia can be found on the airwaves every Tuesday on PBS. Adriana is a digger known for weaving together gems and melodies from the disco dance floors of the past. With sounds from all the way up the Mediterranean Sea, Adriana will take a risk to deliver your new favourite track and we thank her for that. On warm up and cool down duties we have the House of Friends tenants. FREE before 11pm, $10 afterwards.
