Presented by Howler and Mountain Goat Beer NOTE: Usually Tom Tom is on a Tuesday, but this is a rare Tom Tom THURSDAY This event is a fundraiser for the Fitzroy Clubhouse, a local youth centre that engages young people from the Fitzroy & Collingwood housing estates in a variety programs oriented around the arts and technology. Best friends for as long as they can remember, they rap and sing about their lives and their future ambitions, covering everything from basketball to world domination. Inspired by the likes of Rihanna, Fifth Harmony, Cardi B and Princess Nokia, and fresh from appearances at the Peel Street Festival and supporting American rapper Noname on her Australian tour, Girl Zone promises to bring something truly unique to the stage. Based in Melbourne, Christobel Elliott and Sophie Millis create a dynamic fusion of thick bass lines, ethereal harmonies and rap/ spoken word vocals making audiences dance their way into a world of lux & satin. Pillow Pro's impeccable production value re-invents the alt-pop scene. squidgenini Wahe DJ Wahe is a dj, musician, artist & event producer based in Naarm Melbourne.
