An explorative and confident debut, it received considerable airplay on the likes of Triple R FM and led to the band performing extensively throughout Melbourne. Following a change of lineup in mid-2016, Wild Meadows set about writing material for a full-length album. After honing these new tracks at numerous live shows the band engaged Paul ‘Woody’ Annison (Black Cab, Flyying Colours, Rocket Science) to record, mix and produce the LP. Mastered by William Bowden (The Church, Gotye), the result is an exhilarating eight-tracker that achieves an impressive balance of dark, roaring crescendos with gentle, hazy ballads.
