Event details

Known for his work as Nahko And Medicine For The People, Nahko will grace New Zealand audiences with his 2017 solo release "My Name Is Bear". Featuring a collection of music he penned between the pivotal ages of 18 and 21, the musical maverick appropriately describes the 16-track journey as 'a prequel'. "My Name Is Bear" reflects the soul, authenticity, and spirit that Nahko's fans have come to know; artfully merging rustic acoustic guitars, upbeat energy, tribal flavours, and fiery percussion with ponderous lyrics.
