Sophie sends her love to Australian fans: "On Sunday in Townsville, we were walking around in awe, trying to take in all the beauty of this place. And then, last night on stage, I twisted my ankle and broke my foot. I finished the show sitting down--crying, singing, and smiling all at the same time. It was a bittersweet moment, as I both enjoyed sharing the moment with everybody and knew that something was really wrong. After the show, we rushed to the emergency room to got X rays and we found out that my foot is broken. Now I need to rush home to see a doctor and get an MRI as soon as possible, to find out what happened to the tendons and ligaments in my foot. It is with sadness that we cancel the rest of this Australian tour. We were so looking forward to playing more shows in this beautiful country. But I have to go care for my body and get all the information I need to heal, so that I can be back on stage again soon! It has meant a lot to us to travel all the way to Australia and get to connect with so many new people in joy and dance. We look forward to returning again soon!"
