Drew says: Melbourne is undoubtedly Australia's live music capital a place that has become Karnivool's 2nd home. From our humble live beginnings at the Corner Hotel in the late 90s confusing audiences with Frankenbok, Bloodduster and Warped, with then proceeded to stink out the Tote circa 2005 with Five Star Prison Cell. We released Sound Awake with two epic shows at the Forum in 2009 and had a ball of a time at the Melbourne Town Hall in 2014. Needless to say Melbourne, the Vool will keep returning to your fine city as long as you will keep having us. So, we look forward to seeing you all again this May at the Croxton Hotel, our first Melbourne show since playing with the Deftones at Festy Hall and our first Melbourne headline show since.. hmm i forget..
