Riverstage is a popular events venue located in Brisbane's picturesque Gardens Point. It overlooks the Brisbane River and Story Bridge, allowing viewers to take in spectacular views while they enjoy shows and performances. Known for hosting a variety of events including concerts, festivals, comedy, theatre, and more, Riverstage provides a varied performance schedule that is sure to entertain all types of patrons. It has been a staple of the Brisbane cultural landscape for over 25 years. The outdoor amphitheater can hold over 6,000 people and boasts state-of-the-art acoustics and sound quality. With a vast array of seating, stalls, and a lawn area, it can be configured to suit any event. Riverstage offers an enjoyable and memorable experience for all who attend an event.

The QUT Guild is delivering the ultimate student festival experience for 2019: Garden Sounds! Featuring an all-star lineup with an eclectic mix of the biggest local and interstate artists. Including headliner Running Touch; an enigmatic electronica-indie pop artist hailing from Melbourne who has taken the electronic music circuit by storm. Kingswood an alternative rock group who's debut album soared straight to the Top 10 in 2014 and was nominated for that year's Best Rock Album at the ARIA awards and The Delta Riggs an authentically endearing rock band playing new tracks from their 4th Record. Joining these headliners will be the winner of our Battle of the Bands competition. The best QUT student artists have to offer will open for our amazing acts at Riverstage.
