Event details

Voted by Resident Advisor 5 consecutive years as one of the top 10 festivals in the world, it’s easy to see why. Starting as small 800 people gathering in 2009, Strawberry has turned into one of Australia's favourite bush doofs with over 8,000 attendees every year. Beginning as a psy-trance festival, it has now made way for all types of electronic music including techno and house, while still maintaining its original roots.

This festival is quite as Australian as it gets and there is nothing else quite like it in the entire world. The past decade has welcomed a myriad of acts from Township Rebellion to Derrick May, from Gerd Janson to Oliver Hunterman.

Not only does Strawberry Fields bring unique stage designs and world-class sound each year, it also hosts a range of unique cultural experiences from art installations, yoga to communal hubs. And if you’re not a fan of camping in cheap tents, Strawberry has got that covered too with a range of Glamping options for those who want a big teepe!

Strawberry is set on the banks of the Murrary River near a small country town Tocumwal, so don’t forget your bathers, as going for a swim is a ritual here.
