Laneway Festival 2020 Adelaide

Line-up

Event details

St Jerome's Laneway Festival started off in 2004 as a concert series just outside a small Melbourne bar in an alleyway. The initial concept was called "Summer Series" where bands would perform on a stage every Sunday throughout the summer. Before they knew it, in 2005, the first edition of the festival was born with a sold-out crowd, ready to get down and party!
Laneway Festival now takes place in 5 locations across Australia, and the festival has extended its domination within the area as well in places like New Zealand and Singapore.
In Adelaide, the festival promises to deliver an exciting mixture of music artists as with each passing edition, the festival becomes more and more appealing to the Adelaide audience. It comes as no surprise since Laneway promises to produce a lasting, authentic festival experience.
In 2020, Adelaide will host the artistic and visually poetic "The 1975". To add more spice to the occasion, the festival will also feature the unconventional Charli XCX, Ruel's golden voice, or the smooth rapcore verses of Earl Sweatshirt among other celebrated musicians.
On February 7th, the Adeline edition of Laneway Festival will be held at Hart's Mill, on the traditional lands of Kaurna people. The location has not changed since St Gerome's Laneway Festival graced Adelaide with its presence.
