Vivary Park is a beautiful public park located in the Somerset town of Taunton, on Upper High St. The park was built in the 1880's and provides a great recreational escape with plenty of space for activities and relaxation. The park is home to an incredible variety of plants, trees, and flowers, and has a variety of paths, wooded areas, and interesting landscape features. Vivary Park also boasts two ponds, a bandstand, a children's play area, a small aviary, a café, and tennis courts. The park is open every day of the year for all to enjoy and makes an ideal spot for a leisurely stroll or picnic.
