Within a purposely built basement, this club was conceived in 2005 when Jazz Musician and Property Developer Albert Dadon AM first started developing the address that is now known as 350 William Street.Since the time Albert was busy bringing Umbria Jazz to Melbourne, Bird’s Basement has been conceived opposite this historic Flagstaff Gardens location. Located at the highest topographical point in Melbourne the venue lies right in the heart of Melbourne’s legal precinct.
