London Stadium is a multi-purpose sports and events venue located in Stratford, London. It forms part of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and replaced the former Olympic Stadium as the home ground for West Ham United Football Club. The stadium was originally designed to host the 2012 Summer Olympics and Paralympics, and has a capacity of up to 60,000, making it one of the largest stadiums in the country. London Stadium houses a track and field athletics arena, football pitch, running track, and 3 Olympic warm-up tracks as well as a variety of conference and hospitality suites. The venue is also suitable for concerts and other large scale events, with its undulating roof ensuring excellent views for all spectators.
