The Night Cat is a multi-function live music venue located on Johnston St in the trendy suburb of Fitzroy, Melbourne. With a stylish yet relaxed vibe, The Night Cat is open seven nights a week and plays host to a range of leading DJ’s and live bands from various genres of music. The venue has two main areas – a bar where you can enjoy a drink and watch performances, and a dance floor area to really get the night going. Food is also served most nights, providing something to eat as you set yourself up for a night of partying. The Night Cat is the perfect spot for a fun night out; come and experience for yourself the fabulous atmosphere and great memories that will last a lifetime.

PBS 106.7FM Melbourne and Triple R - 3RRR 102.7FM join forces for the ultimate event as part of the CHANGES 2019 program.

Taking place over two days, the global music community will come together at the Abbotsford for CHANGES, a music summit interrogating the current state of the local and international music industry across the realms of MUSIC, TECH, TALKS and IDEAS.

Melbourne’s flourishing music community takes centre stage across CHANGES’ live music program. Local music curators, including PBS and RRR, will program showcases on both nights at venues across Fitzroy with PBS and RRR taking over The Night Cat with performances from Digital Afrika, Makeda, Porpoise Spit and P-UniQue plus join us for the official CHANGES after party from 11pm with PBS DJ MzRizk (DJ) and RRR DJ Fee B-Squared on the decks until late.

Delegates and live music pass holders will have priority access, and punters will be able to purchase tix at the door for $10 (space permitting).
