Following on from their previous breezy offering When I Dream, Skin sees the three-piece (Jordi Davieson, Joshua Biondillo & Scarlett Stevens) wear their vulnerability on their sleeve showcasing a more sensitive approach with lyrics exploring themes of heartbreak, hopelessness and living at the mercy of your soon-to-not-be-lover’s decisions. This next chapter sees the band reunite with ARIA Award winning Steven Schram for the recording and production of Skin in Byron Bay, the first from an eclectic mix of songs from their 4th studio album due for release on Nettwerk Records in 2020. Skin features added production and mixing from POND’s James Ireland and fellow Fremantle producer/engineer Broderick Madden-Scott, showcasing a diverse new sonic territory for the band. The indie-pop trio will embark on a national Australian tour performing in intimate venues around the country showcasing fan favourites as well as Skin and other brand new tunes giving their die-hard fans a taste of what is come off the new record.
